yyy7 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by yyy7, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all game-specific rules and promotional terms published on the Platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the complete binding agreement between you and yyy7.

yyy7 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated via notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request account closure.

To register and use the yyy7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing wagers, except where yyy7 explicitly permits access from other jurisdictions.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of yyy7 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member or household member of such persons.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from the yyy7 Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform unless the exclusion period has formally expired.
• You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register applicable under Philippine law.

4.1 Registration

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, regardless of whether the inaccuracy was intentional.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the yyy7 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. yyy7 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be closed and any balances or pending bonuses across all associated Accounts may be forfeited.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Pursuant to PAGCOR's licensing requirements, all Players must complete KYC verification before making real-money deposits, placing wagers, or requesting withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of the following:

• A clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (accepted: PhilSys ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport).
• A recent selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document, with face clearly visible.
• Proof of payment method ownership may be requested for GCash, PayMaya, or bank accounts used for transactions.

yyy7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the Player's account lifecycle for ongoing compliance purposes. KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours. yyy7 will notify the Player of the outcome by email and/or platform notification.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. yyy7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify yyy7 immediately at support at yyy7.one if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

5.1 Deposits

yyy7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–30 minutes depending on the institution. yyy7 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the Account. yyy7 does not charge withdrawal fees on GCash cashouts. GCash withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are typically processed within approximately 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.

yyy7 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for Accounts that have already completed initial KYC. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the Player's part.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the yyy7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless a specific game or market operates in a different base currency, in which case the applicable exchange rate at time of transaction applies. yyy7 is not responsible for currency conversion costs applied by your bank or payment provider.

yyy7 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback programs. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have completed KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds and bonus winnings remain in a separate balance from real-money balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• yyy7 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a Player's Account at any time if it reasonably suspects the bonus is being exploited, if the Player has provided false information, or if the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• Players may only claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring.
• yyy7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Any wagers placed prior to a promotion's cancellation that have already qualified for the promotion will be honoured.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash (unless wagering requirements are met), or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.

All games available on the yyy7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems approved by PAGCOR and independent testing laboratories. The outcome of every game is determined by these certified systems and cannot be manipulated by yyy7, by Players, or by any third party.

Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and relevant help section. By placing a wager on any game, the Player confirms acceptance of that game's specific rules. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and this Agreement, the game's specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only; all other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force.

In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects the outcome or result of any game or wager, yyy7 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. yyy7 will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yyy7 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Creating or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Any form of collusion, cheating, exploitation of software bugs, use of automated software (bots), or other fraudulent strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any financial crime, including but not limited to using the Platform as a conduit for illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing yyy7 staff, other Players, or live dealers on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Account balance to any third party.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, yyy7 may, without prior notice, suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending wagers and bonuses, withhold the Account balance pending investigation, and report the matter to PAGCOR, law enforcement, or other relevant Philippine authorities.

All content on the yyy7 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audiovisual content, and the yyy7 brand name, is the property of yyy7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without yyy7's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yyy7's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any game played thereon shall be limited to the actual net losses suffered by the Player on the specific wager or transaction giving rise to the claim.

yyy7 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising under contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability, maintenance periods, or technical failures beyond yyy7's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any loss resulting from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate, provided yyy7 acted in good faith.

Nothing in this Section shall exclude or limit yyy7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by yyy7's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

yyy7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. yyy7 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your yyy7 wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforced logouts after a specified playing duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (1–90 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and exclude yourself from the yyy7 Platform. Self-exclusions are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and will be reported to PAGCOR's responsible gaming registry where applicable.

12.1 Closure by the Player

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting yyy7 support via live chat. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

12.2 Closure or Suspension by yyy7

yyy7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false or fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Requirement of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account), subject to applicable Philippine consumer protection regulations.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by yyy7 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yyy7 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to yyy7's compliance with its PAGCOR license obligations, Players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint process after exhausting yyy7's internal dispute resolution procedure described in Section 16.

yyy7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by email to the registered Account email address, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by PAGCOR, applicable law, or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

For general enquiries, technical support, or account issues, Players should contact yyy7 through the 24/7 live chat feature available on the Platform. Disputes or formal complaints must be submitted in writing to yyy7's support team.

yyy7 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through yyy7's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's official complaint submission process.
